Cake:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups cooking oil
4 eggs
3 cups grated carrots
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts

Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb butter
1 lb powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix together dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs and carrots to dry ingredients along with walnuts. Mix by hand and pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes.

Frosting: Beat all ingredients together with mixer. Spread on cake when cake is cool.
