3 cups Vegetables, cut up
1 lb. Chicken Breasts, skinless and boneless, cut into strips
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
¼ cup Water
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 cups Hot Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Spray skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute; add the vegetables and stir-fry until tender crisp, remove from pan. Spray the pan again with cooking spray add the chicken and cook over medium heat until it is browned and cooked thoroughly. Add soup, water, soy sauce and the vegetables. Cook until heated through. Serve over the rice.
