3/4 c butter
3/4 c sugar
2 eggs (yolks & whites will be used separately)
1/2 c flour
1c raspberry jam
1/2 c coconut
1/2c sugar
1 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter. Add 3/4 c sugar. Beat in 2 egg yolks and flour.
Spread in 9/13 pan and bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
Cool and spread with jam and sprinkle with coconut.

Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff. Gradually beat in 1/2 c sugar until peaks form.
Fold in walnuts and spread over baked layer.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350º
