1 1/2 cups corn meal
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Wet ingredients

3 large eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
1 cup beer
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter

For the topping
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Combine dry ingredients in one bowl
In a separate bowl, combine all the wet ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients just til combines.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Top with the 1 cup cheese evenly.
Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
