1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 large egg

Preheat oven to 350

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients
drop dough from a cookie scoop or use teaspoon.
Use fork to flatten in cross pattern.
Bake for 10 minutes.
