2 egg whites or equal to 1/3 c
2/3 c sugar
3 tsp corn syrup
1/8th tsp Cream of Tartar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Stir with your finger (Yes, that is what Mom said!), until too hot!!
Then beat until stiff.
