1 stalk celery
sweet green peppers
2 qts water
1 c canning salt
small green tomatoes
garlic cloves
dill

Directions:
Directions:
To each quart jar add;1 clove of garlic, add celery stalk and as many peppers as you want. Fill with green tomatoes and 2 heads of dill.

Make a brine of water, vinegar and salt boil for 5 minutes.

Pour hot brine over tomatoes. Seal and wait 4-6 weeks before eating.
