24 medium cucumbers
3 tbsp salt
10 onions
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp tumeric
2 c sugar
1 qt vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Cut cucumbers into small pieces, sprinkle salt over them and let stand 3 hours.
Add onions, cut small and remainder of ingredients.
Cook until mixture has boiled well.
Put in jars and seal while hot.
