1 doz medium cucumbers (about 2 qts sliced)
6 medium onions
1/2 c salt
1 c sugar
1 1/2 c vinegar
Small bunch of celery cut in 1 inch lengths
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp black pepper

Directions:

Slice cucumbers and onions.
Add salt, let stand overnight.
In the morning drain
Put in pan and add remainder of ingredients.
Let come to a boil and cook for 5 minutes
Put into jars and seal.
