1 lg. angel food cake - broken into bite size pieces
46oz. can apricot nectar
1/2 cup sugar
8 Tbls. corn starch
2 Tbls. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place cake pieces in large flat serving dish.

Mix sugar & cornstarch together. Pour nector & lemon juice into sauce pan. Slowly dissolve the sugar & cornstarch mixture into a small amount of cold nectar. Then add remaining ingredients & bring to a boil - cool.

Pour over cake pieces. Top with a layer of Cool Whip.

This can be make the day before.
