5 large eggs
2½ cups sugar
1¼ cups oil
¾ cup baking cocoa
1½ cups cake meal (not matzah meal)
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan.
2. Beat eggs and sugar until pale and lemony.
3. Beat in oil, cocoa and cake meal.
4. Stir in chocolate chips and/or walnuts, if desired.
5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center come out crumby.
