Ingredients:  
3 cups flour
1 tsp sugar
1 cup lard + 2TB
pinch salt

Mix well with spoon.

In a cup , beat 1 egg, 5 TB water, 1 tsp white vinegar with a fork. Stir into 1st mixture.

Roll out. Makes 3-4 crusts.

Margaret said this crust is forgiving, you can re-roll it if you want.
