1 lb Chicken Breast (sliced thin)
2 Eggs
1/4c Milk
4c Plain Breadcrumb
3c Mozzerella Cheese
1/4c Romano Cheese (grated)
2c Tomato Sauce
Corn Oil

1. Combine eggs and milk.
2. Dip chicken into eggs mixture.
3. Coat individual cutlets with breadcrumb.
4. Fry cutlets in corn oil 10-12 minutes flipping at the halfway point.
5. Preheat oven to 375°
6. Cover bottom of baking tray with tomato sauce
7. Place cutlets in tray.
8. Cover cutlets with sauce, mozzerella and romano.
9. Cook until cheese is bubbling and melted.
