1 lb hamburger, browned
1 med onion, chopped (about ½ c)
1 can (4oz) mushrooms, cut
1 tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
⅛ tsp garlic salt
½ c. uncooked minute rice
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put cabbage leaves in boiling water covered for about 10 minutes to soften.

Mix meat, rice, onion, mushrooms w liquid, seasonings and ½ cup tomato sauce. Remove cabbage from water & drain. Place about ⅓ c meat mixture at stem end of each leaf. Roll leaf around meat mixture tucking in sides. Place rolls seam side down in baking dish. Mix remaining sauce with sugar & lemon juice. Pour over rolls.

Cover with foil, Bake 350° for 1 hour.
