Upside Down Meatloaf Recipe

½ cup brown sugar
½ cup ketchup

1 ½ lbs. lean ground beef
½ cup milk
2 eggs beaten
1 ½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp ginger
1 small onion grated
¾ cup crushed cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Butter or grease loaf pan. Press brown sugar in bottom - put ketchup on top of brown sugar.

Mix other ingredients to ether and shape in to loaf, place on top of ketchup.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Turn upside down to serve.
