1 1/2 lbs. Shrimp - Peeled and Deveined
6 or More Cloves Garlic Chopped Fine
2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Bunch Parsley Chopped Finely
2 Lemons - The Zest and Juice
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Stick of Real Butter (No Margarine) - I used Land O' Lakes but if you're in New Orleans use American Beauty
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Flakes
1 lb. (16oz. ) Linguini

Directions:
1. Bring a pot of water that is seasoned with Kosher Salt and Cooking Oil to a boil. Add Linguini and Cook until done. Drain do not rinse.

2. In a pan add Olive Oil and Butter. Once Butter is melted add Garlic; Stir. Do not let Garlic burn. Place your Shrimp around the bottom of pan. Add Salt and Pepper. Cook until Shrimp is pink do not over cook. Remove from fire. Add Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Parsley and Pepper Flakes; stir. Add Linguini and stir.


3. Enjoy!!!
