2 bags of thawed frozen broccoli florets
1 Rotisserie chicken chopped
2 cans (10 1/2 ounces) Cream of Chicken
1 can of broccoli cheese soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
8 oz bag shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Ritz Crackers or Cheez-it crumbled

Prepare your ingredients. Steam or (microwave for 6 minutes) the broccoli. Measure out the other things.

Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Spread the broccoli florets in the pan. Layer on the chicken.

Whisk together the soup, mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, and curry powder in a large mixing bowl. Pour this mixture over the chicken and broccoli in the prepared dish.

In a small bowl, mix together crumbled crackers of your choice or bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the cheese layer.

Bake immediately on 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly or cover and refrigerate or freeze.
