2 tbsp butter
2/3 cup coconut
1/2 cup pecans
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium heat. Add coconut and pecans. Cook, stirring, until coconut is golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Serve over ice cream.
