Ingredients:  
1 lb carrots (sliced or baby carrots)
¼ c vegetable oil
½ can tomato soup
½ c sugar
¼ c onion, chopped
¼ c green bell pepper, chopped
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except carrots together. Cook carrots about 5 minutes. Drain carrots. Pour the marinade over the hot carrots. Let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
