1 t Tumeric powder
1 oz. grated ginger
¼ slice of onion
2 T coconut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Add the coconut oil tofollowed by the rest of the ingrediens to a pan on low heat and alow it to hear until ists almost dry. BUT not burnt.
Turn off stove and transfer ingredtints to a bowl to cool so that it's warm to the touch.

Lay the cloth flat and add the mixture to te ceter of the cloth

Fold the cloth over twice to create a pack or gather it and tie with some string or a rubber band to creat a handle-- whoever you prefer as long as the indredients stay in the bag.

Place on the affected area for 20 minutes

If you notice a rednees on your skin that is expanding or if you have a high fever go to the nearest ER.
