1 cup pre-shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
½ cup finely chopped cooked ham
¼ cup finely chopped water chestnuts
¼ cup finely chopped green onions
3 T plum sauce, divided
1 tsp dark sesame oil
3 - 6” flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine slaw, ham, water chestnuts, green onions, 2 T of plum sauce and sesame oil in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Spread remaining T of plum sauce over the flour tortillas. Spread about ½ cup mixture on each tortilla to within ¼” of the edge; roll up. Wrap each tortilla tightly in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour up until 24 hours before serving.
Cut each roll slightly diagonally into 4 pieces.
