asparagus spears, tough ends removed
salt to taste
16 slices of prosciutto
8 slices Swiss cheese (optional)
freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Lay ½ slice of Swiss on a slice of prociutto, then wrap around 1-3 asparagus, depending on the thickness of the asparagus spears.
If not using Swiss, wrap the prociutto around 1-3 asparagus, once again depending on the thickness of the asparagus spears.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
Bake about 12 minutes.
Top with Parmesan if not using Swiss cheese.
