"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz (or maybe more) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped ham
½ lb or so cooked bacon, chopped
4 oz chopped green chilies
1 tsp Worcestershire
¼ - ½ cup chopped green onion
1 round bread loaf
Butter and olive oil for torn bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together in a microwaveable bowl. Slice the top off of the loaf of bread. I like to warm the ingredients in the microwave for a few minutes. Place the ingredients in the hollowed out bread. Place the top back on it and wrap tightly in foil. Place it on a baking sheet and bake about 45 minutes.
Tear the hollowed bread into large pieces for dipping. Brush a mixture of butter and olive oil on it and place on the baking sheet. Bake another 10 minutes or so.
Serve with the baked bread pieces, crackers and vegetables!
