1¼ c. sugar
1 egg
1½ tsp almond extract
⅔ c. milk
1¼ c. flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 4 ingredients together. Add flour and baking powder and mix. Beat in butter and mix well. Spray Scandinavian Cake Pan generously using Pam with flour immediately before pouring batter into pan. Bake at 350º for 40-50 minutes, until edges are golden brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean. Loosing the cake by inserting a knife along the edges of the pan. Glaze with a combination of powdered sugar and milk if desired. Garnish with silvered or sliced almonds if desired.
