Ingredients: 1 lb sea scallops (bay scallops may do if serving to more people) 1 lb. pasta cooked al dente 3 cloves fresh garlic diced 3-4 Tbsp. butter for sauteing scallops & garlic for pasta salt, pepper, & onion powder to taste Add desired vegetables (frozen peas, broccoli florets are both great, carrots) 1/2 cup heavy cream for the sauce 1/2 to 1 lb. Parmesan Cheese in the sauce 1 can lobster bisque for the sauce

Directions:Cook pasta as directed by packaging, add 1 Tblsp
Sea scallops fried in a very hot cast-iron skillet in butter by spooning butter over the scallops until the scallops are done on both sides of scallops so that they are done in the middle. Add garlic to butter and take off the heat.
Warm the sauce ingredients together and add the parmesan cheese. Combine scallops, pasta, cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, and desired vegetables and add them to the sauce. May top with Mozzarella cheese and warm in the oven until the cheese is crusted a little. |

Notes: My roommate, Julie, and I had some scallops one evening because we were in the mood for seafood and thought that scallops would satisfy that mood. We also had some lobster bisque, and parmesan cheese in the pantry and we just got creative and this dish came out of that creativity. We used broccoli with the dish and it turned out really well. It is a very rich dish although so I would make it just for special occasions.
