1 pt. fresh oysters
1/2 c. butter
1 qt. whole milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oysters and their liquid in the butter until the edges curl. Pour in milk; salt and pepper to taste. Heat until steaming hot and oysters are floating. Serve with crackers.
