Impossible!
There is no way you are 80 years old. You still look 60 😊

We would like to wish you a wonderful birthday!
I hope that you enjoy some family time and some pampering. When things in the world recover, we will have to catch up on this celebration!

I’m not sure that I can share a recipe with an expert cook, but I’m going to try.

There is a restaurant in New York, called S’Mac (it stands for Sarita’s Mac&Cheese). She makes a variety of Mac & cheese’s, like classic, Greek, 4 cheese and Masala.

The masala Mac & cheese is one of our favorites. Since we don’t live in New York, I had to find a way to replicate it. It took me a few tries, and I think I’ve managed to get it pretty close.

I am going to share that recipe with you. I think it’s a great quick, easy and flavorful pasta that all of you will enjoy (especially the grandkids).

I love that we continue to stay connected, even though we all live in different countries.

I look forward to the next generation continuing these connections:-)))

Have a wonderful year ahead, and I hope that we get to see you very very soon.

Love
Yamu 🎈🎈🎈
