1 duże lub 2 małe jajka
½ szklanki śmietany (można zastąpić mlekiem lub jogurtem)
½ szklanki oleju lub masła
Szczypta soli
½ szklanki cukru
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

1 large or 2 small eggs
½ glass of cream (can be replaced with milk or yogurt)
½ cup of oil or butter
Pinch of salt
½ cup of sugar
2 spoons of baking powder

Zmiksować jajka z cukrem w dużej misce, dodać olej lub masło oraz śmietanę, cały czas miksując na średnich obrotach.
Do przygotowanej masy dodać przesianą mąkę z proszkiem do pieczenia i szczypta soli. Na tym etapie do ciasta można dodać różnego rodzaju dodatki.
Wszystko należy dokładnie wymieszać i nałożyć po 2 łyżki ciasta do papierowych foremek lub do formy na babeczki wysmarowanej olejem. Umieścić we wcześniej rozgrzanym do 180 st. C piekarniku.
Piec bez termoobiegu [przez 15-18 minut. Po upieczeniu wyjąc i zostawić do wystygnięcia.

Mix eggs with sugar in a large bowl, add oil or butter and cream, mixing at medium speed all the time. Add the sifted flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt to the prepared mass. Various types of additives can be added to the dough at this stage.
All you need to mix thoroughly and put 2 tablespoons of dough into paper molds or in a cupc ake pan greased with oil. Place in a preheated to 350º oven.

Bake without hot air for 15-18 minutes. After baking, take it out and leave it to cool.
