1 ˝ szk. Mąki
1szt cukru
10łyżek oleju
10 łyżek wody
Proszek do pieczenia
Polewa:
10 łyżek mleka
3 łyżki kakao
1szk cukru pudru
200g margaryny
Wiórki kokosowe

Sponge cake:
4 eggs
1 ˝ cups Flour
1 Tbl of sugar
10 Tbl of oil
10 Tbl water
Baking powder

Icing:
10 Tbl milk
3 Tbl cocoa
1 glass of powdered sugar
200g margarine
Coconut shrims

Directions:
Directions:
Żółtka utrzeć z cukrem , dodać olej , wodę i ucierać na gładką masę.
Mąkę wymieszać z proszkiem i wymieszać z utartą masą
Białka ubić na sztywno i dodać po woli do ciasta
Wymieszać i piec ok 30min w temp. 180C
Wymieszać wszystkie składniki polewy
Biszkopt ostudzić i pokroić na małe kwadraty
Każdy z nich należy obtoczyć w polewie , a następnie w wiórkach kokosowych

Grate the yolks with sugar, add oil, water and grate until smooth.
Mix the flour with the powder and mix it with the grated mass
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the dough
Stir and bake for about 30 minutes at 180C
Mix all the glaze ingredients
Cool the sponge cake and cut it into small squares
Each of them should be coated in a glaze and then in coconut shavings
