2 kalafiory
Liść chrzanu
Woda 1l

2 cauliflowers
3 cloves Garlic
Horseradish leaf
1 Tbl salt
1 liter Water

Kalafior umyć i podzielić na różyczki
Do słoika włożyć 3 ząbki czosnku, koper, liść chrzanu,
Na każdy 1 l wody przegotowanej rozpuścić 1 łyżkę soli
Ułożyć kalafior w słoiku i zalać letnią wodą.

Wash the cauliflower and divide it into florets
Put 3 cloves of garlic, dill, horseradish leaf into the jar,
Dissolve 1 tablespoon of salt for every 1 liter of boiled water
Place the cauliflower in a jar and pour lukewarm water.
