8.5 oz Water
8.5 oz Kefir
Handful of Oatmeal
0.9 oz Fresh Yeast
17 -21 oz Wheat Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place water, kefir, sugar, oatmeal and yeast in a bowl.
Cover bowl and wair until otameal floats to the surface
Add flour and Salt
Knead the dough
Leave in warm place to grow
Knead dough again, then put into a bread tin, leave for 15 minutes
Brush surface with water, sprinkle oatmeal on top
Place in cold oven
Bake at 325º for 1 hour
