1 cup butter...
2 T fresh lemon juice...
2 T snipped Italian parsley...
1/2 t Tabasco or any hot sauce...
Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter is melted.
Keep warm until ready to serve. Put 1/4 cup of sauce in small bowls and put at each persons table setting...
Enjoy with lobster or crab claws/legs....
