2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. brewed coffee, room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat for 2 minutes. Stir in coffee (batter will be thin). Pour into a grease4d 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack. Frost.

3 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 TBSP milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Mini chocolate chips or crushed Reese's cups (optional)

Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread over cake and sprinkle on chocolate chips or Reese's cups if desired. Store in the refrigerator.

This recipe was given to me in 1993 by Elvina, my family's longtime friend and grandma's "right hand (wo)man". Elvina was so very dear to us and I am thankful to have this recipe to remind me of her!
