1 yellow cake mix with pudding
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. oil
12 ounces Cool Whip
20 ounce can of crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Pour oil in a 9x13 cake pan. Add cake mix-don't stir. Add 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 c. of the coconut and 1 1/2 c. water. Stir-the batter will be lumpy.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
While cake is hot poke fork holes into cake and pour sweetened. milk on top.
Let cool for several hours.
Mix Cool Whip, drained pineapple and remaining coconut. Spread on cake.
