2 Lbs. Chicken Tenderloin Chunks
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Soy Sauce

Suggestion - add water chestnuts or mushroom to this.

This is a simple recipe

In a crockpot combine all the ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours or the chicken is done. I made this but wished I had added water chestnuts to it for a better taste.

This is simple to make and I served it over rice. I was thinking that noodles may be good also.
