Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Cup sour cream
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon dill
4 Cups cubed cooked chicken
3 Cups cooked rice
1 1/2Cups butter-flavored crackers (Ritz) crumbled
1/4 Cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook until cooked and browned.
In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, soup, poppy seeds and dill. Stir into the pan with the chicken, and mix well. Heat on the stove for a few minutes to heat up the mixture. Stir in the rice, and if it looks to thick you can thin with heavy cream or water. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
Spread into a greased 11x7 inch baking dish. Combine the crumbs and butter, mix well and evenly sprinkle over the top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 until bubbly, about 30 minutes.

Personal Notes:
You can add fresh chopped onions and garlic and any chopped herbs you like while cooking the chicken, (thyme, oregano and parsley would be good). I used chopped parsley and seasoned with a little chicken bouillon as well.
