1 cup shortening
1 cup oleo
2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 cups flour
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup pecan pieces
2 cups corn flakes
1 pkg. (6oz.) chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, oleo, and sugars, add beaten eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda, mixing well. Add nuts, coconut, chocolate chips, and corn flakes. Mix and drop by large spoonful's on cookie sheet. Spread each one slightly with back of spoon. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
