1 lb of ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
3-4 stocks celery
Chili Powder to taste (I like a lot!)
2 large cans of diced or crushed tomatoes, do not drain
1-2 cans chopped green chili peppers
2 cans of kidney beans, do not drain
Salt and Pepper to taste

Brown ground beef with chopped onion and celery. Drain any grease. Dump tomatoes, chilis and beans into pot with meat and sprinkle well with chili powder and salt and pepper. Simmer for an hour. Taste to see if it needs additional chili powder. Serve with lots of shredded cheese!
