1 box (8 oz.) Cheddar Cheese Crackers (rolled into crumbs)
10 pieces Chicken
1 pint Sour Cream
½ cube Butter, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Spread each piece of chicken with sour cream and roll in cracker crumbs. Arrange on large buttered baking sheet. Drizzle melted butter over chicken. Bake at 350 º for one hour or until tender.
