Dough:
Flour
water

Filling:
1 large bunch of parsley
1 egg
500 G minced turkey
1 t soy sauce
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 t oil
1/2 t garlic or minced fresh garlic

Sauce:
1 part Soy Sauce
3 parts White Balsamic Vinegar
Lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
One hour ahead mix 2.5 C flour with 3/4 C water. Add water slowly and keep mixing. Cover and let rest.

Mix all of the filling ingredients. Be sure to chop parsley very fine. Can add things like mushrooms, carrots etc. if you like but chop everything into tiny pieces.

Mix sauce ingredients.

When ready, roll dough into a 1 inch roll. Cut into one inch slices and roll into balls. Repeat until all dough is cut and in balls. Then take rolling pin, flatten the balls and roll into flat pieces about the size of your hand. Fill with a T of filling and pull edges together. Store on a baking sheet with some flour on bottom so doesn't stick.

When ready to cook, heat frying pan, add about 3 T oil. When hot put dumplings in and fry for about one minute on each side. Then add 1/2 C warm water and cover. Cook until water is nearly gone (about 10 minutes) and then check to see if done. Take lid off and finish crisping.

Serve with sauce.

Filling could also be used as a meatball recipe.

Don't serve the dumplings in a circle as it is considered bad luck!

Enjoy.
