3 c flour
1/3 c sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c applesauce
6 T butter, melted
1/2 c milk
1 egg
3/4 c nuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl with a fork, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

Blend applesauce, butter, milk and egg together; add to dry mix; blend well. Batter will be lumpy. Add nuts.

Spoon into greased muffin tins, about 3/4 full. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick come out clean. Immediately remove from tins and cool on a wire rack.
