1/2 c sugar
2 c flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 c fat free milk
1 egg
1/2 c butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c fresh or frozen loose pack raspberries

Topping:
1/4 c flour
1/4 c quick cook oatmeal
1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. If using a non-stick pan preheat to 350º. Grease muffin tins.

In a large bowl combine sugar, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir to mix.

In another bowl combine milk, egg, vanilla and butter. Cream together and pour into dry ingredients. Stir until just blended. Batter will still appear lumpy. Gently stir in raspberries.

Spoon into muffin tins about 1/2 full.

Topping:
In a small bowl combine topping ingredients, mix well. Top muffins with streusel topping.

Bake 20 minutes or until light brown and toothpick comes out clean.
