5 lbs. of assorted apples, including granny smith
cinnamon

1. Peel and cut in chunks assorted apples.
2. Place in saucepan with ½ cup of water.
3. Add cinnamon to taste.
4. Cook apples in very low heat, stirring frequently with wooden spoon, approximately 45 minutes.
