1 cup sugar
¾ cup cornstarch (or clear-gel)
¾ cup dry milk powder
1 tsp salt

*CHOCOLATE VAR:
¾ cup cocoa powder

Directions:
Whisk ingredients together
Shake well, seal & store in cool dry place.
½ cup = 1 pkg (or ⅔ cup for chocolate variation)
* add ~1 tsp vanilla when using.
If using mix as baked recipe ingredients, either thickener works;
if actually mixing as instant dessert use clear-gel instant thickener.
Otherwise, cornstarch version is better when cooked.
