Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Banana Bundt Cake with Lemon Glaze:
2 cups of Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 sticks of butter (1 cup)
1 3/4 cups of sugar
3 room temp eggs
2 tsp Vanilla extract
4 overripe bananas
1 cup of yogurt or sourcream (do yogurt)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450% F and butter a bundt pan. If you have a standard sized bundt pan that's great but if you have a small one that's awesome cause you get TWO CAKES!

Sift the flour into a bowl and fold in the baking powder and salt. Set Aside

I am going to tell you to melt the butter but when I first did, this recipe it called for you to whip the butter and sugar, but I didn't set the butter out for the room temp effect so I melted it.

At first I thought I wrecked the cake but when I stuck it in the oven it came out as my best cake ever!

When the butter is melted blend it with sugar. Set Aside.

Mash the Bananas (this is the funnest part and if you happen to have kids in the house this is a good job for them (like me, I'm 11) then mix all the things we have made so far in a big bowl.

Once it is combined then pour into Bundt Pan and BAKE!

I honestly don't know how long to bake it for so just bake for 10 minutes at a time or until a skewer comes out clean.

Make Lemon Icing. Add Lemon Icing. Put chopped almonds on top

Personal Notes:
Baking this cake during COVID you may need to add substitutes so if you have to DO IT -- (it's fun)

Last year, Grammy & Grampa sent us a bundt cake pan when we lived in Portland,Oregon. I didn't know what it was until it came.

We brought it to Hawaii where we live now, and now you all get to see my bundt cake and how I make it!

We love this cake and hope you do too!
