1/2 c. light cream
1/2 lb cheddar cheese grated
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
dash cayenne pepper
6 slices canadian bacon

Directions:
Heat cream in double boiler. When cream is hot add remaining ingredients except bacon and cook well. Stir often. When sauce thickens pour over bacon and bake at 350 for 20 mintues.
