1 bag frozen corn
2 large chicken breasts
Taco seasoning
1 10-oz. can tomatoes with chilies (Rotel)
1 10-oz. can tomatoes with lime (Rotel)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease bottom of Crock-Pot with cooking spray or use liner. Spread corn into the bottom of the pot and lay chicken on top. Sprinkle chicken with taco seasoning. Layer on tomatoes.

Cook on low for 3-4 hours. When done, shred chicken with fork. Serve in tortillas with Spanish rice and shredded cheese.
