1 top sirloin or sirloin tip roast sliced thin by the butcher
1 pkg bacon
1 jar sliced dill pickles
2 c. flour
1 c. oil
2 c. onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into pieces about 2" by 4". On each slice place a 1/3 strip of uncooked bacon with a 1/4 slice of dill pickle salt and pepper well. Roll up and fasten with 2 toothpicks. Roll in flour and brown in hot oil turning to brown all sides. Placed browned rolls in large dutch oven.Add onion and some chopped dill pickle along with the drippings from the browning pan. Add water to scrapings in skillet and make a gravy. Pour the gravy over the rolls and cook slowly on top of stove for about 2 hours. Serve with red cabgage and fried noodles or mashed potatoes.
