3/4 c. Crisco
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 mashed bananas
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Frosting
6 T. brown sugar
4 T. butter
4 T. cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco and brown sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Drop mounds of dough on parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Bring frosting ingredients to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar to thicken. Frost cookies.
