Ingredients:  
2 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 Tbsp olive oiil
1 1/2 Tbsp garlic minced
1 lb. shrimp
1/4n Tsp. pepoer
1/3 c. parsley
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/4 c lemon juice (2 lemons)
1/4 lemon sliced thinly ( 2 rounds)
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Butter and oil in a heavy skillet on med. heat
cook garlic for 1 min., add shrimp, salt, pepper, saute til shrimp are pink (about 5 min)
stir while cooking.
Remove from heat. add parsley, lemon zest, juice, slices and pepper flakes,
Toss with cooked linquine
